The minimum age requirement to register and play at Plinko is 21 years old. This is a mandatory legal requirement. During registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Plinko reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time and to close any account that violates this age requirement.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Plinko. Using the same details (email address, phone number, bank account number, or MyKad) to register a second account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

Log in to your Plinko account and go to Profile > Account Settings. You can update your phone number, email address, and delivery address. Changes to your full name require document verification — please contact our support team via email support@plinko-jit.com with a copy of your MyKad. Bank account details for withdrawals can be updated in the Finance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process to ensure account security and comply with legal requirements. At Plinko, KYC is required at the time of your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds RM 5,000. Documents required: a copy of your MyKad (front and back) and proof of bank account (bank statement or e-banking screenshot). The KYC verification process is typically completed within 24–48 working hours.

Minimum deposit at Plinko is RM 20 for all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit depends on the method used: eWallet up to RM 2,000 per transaction, DuitNow up to RM 10,000, and FPX subject to your bank's limits. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits. To request a limit increase, contact our support team.

Deposit processing time depends on the method:
  • Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay: Instant (within seconds)
  • DuitNow: Instant to 5 minutes
  • FPX (online banking): Instant to 15 minutes
If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt).

Plinko does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The amount you enter is the exact amount credited to your account balance. However, some banks or eWallet providers may apply a small transaction fee in accordance with their own policies — please check with your payment provider.

Withdrawals & Winnings Payouts

  • eWallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): Usually within 5–30 minutes after approval
  • DuitNow: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Bank transfer: 1–4 business hours (Monday–Friday)
Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Malaysian public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Plinko has an on-time payment record of over 99.6%.

Minimum withdrawal at Plinko is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 for regular members and higher for VIP members. If your winnings exceed the daily limit, the remaining balance will be processed the following day. There is no cap on total withdrawal amounts — all valid winnings will be paid in full.

Common reasons for a rejected or delayed withdrawal:
  • KYC incomplete or documents insufficient
  • Bonus rollover requirements not yet met
  • Bank or eWallet details do not match the name on the account
  • Suspicious account activity currently under review
  • Amount exceeds the daily withdrawal limit
If your withdrawal is delayed by more than 4 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.
